What are the processing steps for turned parts?

The turning part machining program is a very important process in the machining of parts. It needs to be machined according to certain principles. We will analyze the machining steps of the turned parts before, during and after operation.

1 Before turning

  a. The operator must wear relevant protective equipment in strict accordance with the operating rules;

  b. The operator should check whether the various parts of the electrical appliance are normal before the operation, and then confirm that there is no problem before starting.

2 Turning

  a. It is necessary to ensure that the workpiece is clamped firmly, such as tools and clamps;

  b. All kinds of machine tools should be idling at low speed after starting up to ensure that the equipment is normal;

  c. It is strictly forbidden to put other unrelated things on the machine table;

  d. The operator should not remove excess iron filings by hand. It should be cleaned with special tools, and should be in a safe position to avoid iron splashing when the machine is moving;

  e. During the operation of the machine tool, the operator is prohibited to adjust the transmission or change the operation stroke. Do not touch the working surface during machining. Do not measure the size during operation. Do not transfer the product through the transmission part of the machine.

  f. In the process of processing, it is necessary to strictly abide by the operating rules. It is not allowed to leave the work position when the machine tool is running. When leaving, it is necessary to cut off the power supply and adjust the speed, stroke and tool.

3 After turning

  a. After the operation is completed, the power supply needs to be cut off, the tool is removed, the handles of each part are returned to the neutral position, and the electric lock box is locked;

  b. Clean the iron filings of the equipment and inject the lubricating oil into the guide rail to prevent rust.
